1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of squishy-butter.com (the "site") and of the game Squishlab: Butter Squishy in the browser (the "game"), both operated by ZazGames ("we", "us"). By using the site or the game you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. The service

The game is free to play and funded by advertising. There are no purchases with real money. Coins, skins and other in game items are virtual, have no cash value, cannot be traded or sold, and may be changed as the game is updated. We may add, change or remove features, skins or ads at any time, and we may suspend or discontinue the site or the game without notice.

3. Your progress

The game has no account. Your progress is saved only on your own device: in your browser's storage on the web, or in the app's storage on Android. Clearing browser data, switching browsers or uninstalling the app deletes it, and we have no copy to restore. Rewarded ads unlock skins only when an ad has actually played; if no ad is available, no reward is granted.

4. Allowed use

You may use the site and the game for personal, non commercial entertainment. You may link to any page of this site and you may record and publish videos of the game, including monetised videos, with a link back. You may not:

• embed the game on another website, app or portal without our written permission;
• copy, re upload, mirror, reskin, rename or redistribute the game or the site, in whole or in part;
• decompile, modify or interfere with the game's code, or use cheats, bots or automated tools with it;
• scrape the site's content or images in bulk;
• interfere with the ads, for example by faking rewarded ad views to unlock skins;
• use the site or the game for anything unlawful.

Copies of the game running on domains we have not authorised are locked and display a notice; that is intentional.

5. Wallpapers and printables

The wallpapers and the DIY printable templates are free for personal use. You may set them as a wallpaper, print them for yourself, your family or your class, and share a link to the page. You may not sell them, bundle them with a product, upload them to wallpaper or template sites, remove the branding, or present them as your own work. Commercial use needs our permission: ask through the contact page.

6. Intellectual property

The names Squishlab, Squishy Butter and ZazGames, the game, its code, wrapper designs, artwork, text, videos and this site are owned by ZazGames and protected by copyright and trademark law. Country flags are public symbols and belong to no one. Google Play and Amazon are trademarks of their owners and are used here only to refer to their services.

The game includes third party work used under licence, which we credit with thanks:

• The butter model is based on "Wax Butter squishy" by AcidicCrate7514, licensed under CC BY 4.0.
• The coin model is based on "Coin" by chor64, licensed under CC BY 4.0.
• Sound effects come from Pixabay under its content licence.

7. Affiliate and third party links

Blog posts on this site contain affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate, ZazGames earns from qualifying purchases; the price you pay does not change. A purchase made through such a link is a contract between you and the seller, not with us. Links to ZazGames.com, Google Play, YouTube, TikTok and other sites take you to services with their own terms, which we do not control and are not responsible for.

8. Votes and messages

The like vote on the home page and messages sent through the contact page must not be abused, automated or used to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content. We may remove votes we believe are automated.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site, the game and the downloads are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that they will be error free, uninterrupted or available on every device. Anything on this site about stress relief or relaxation is for entertainment and general information only and is not medical advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZazGames is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the game, including lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, or if you find a copy of the game published elsewhere under another name, email [email protected] with the URL, a description of the work and your contact details. We respond to every notice.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where ZazGames is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest continues to apply.
